Together with the injection moulding machine supplier HUSKY, EAS built and installed an adaptive hydraulic clamping system, an air cushion mould changing cart, and several mould storage units. In addition, EAS designed and delivered a mould inspection system for time saving maintenance work. Previously, mould change operations at this location would take half a day… sometimes more depending on the application. Now, with the help of EAS, this task is completed within less than 20 minutes.
