These projects consisted of consulting, engineering, manufacturing and the installation involving all QMC systems, the coordination between customer, machine manufacturer and mould maker, as well as the installation of all QMC related solutions.

EAS was able to help this customer to reduce changeover time for 40 ton moulds to less than 10 minutes – instead of the 120 minutes it took earlier by using conventional mould change methods.
