New EAS-y-MAG magnetic clamping systems from EASchangesystems are quick to install and easy to use. They meet standard plate dimensions and require no modifications to existing moulds. Available for injection moulding machines with capacities of 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 tons and operating in maximum temperatures of up to 100°C. Plate thickness is only 38mm to maximize the machine’s daylight opening. Square poles measure only 47x47mm in size to optimize the magnetic flux.

New ELY single acting hydraulic rocker clamps from EASchangesystems offer users a high degree of application flexibility. They provide up to 25 tons of reliable clamping power for injection moulding machines with capacities ranging between 80 and 3’200 tons. Featuring T-slot mounting ability, the systems can be custom-adapted to fit specific mould clamping heights. Air hydraulic pressure is supplied by a simple pump that switches off automatically once the set pressure of the clamp is reached – and starts again if the pressure drops 10%. And to further enlarge the range of application possibilities, fix-mounted clamp models as well as movable versions can be supplied by only adding an air cylinder.

New MS quick manual clamping systems from EASchangesystems require no additional power or hydraulic connections. They are ideally suited for small injection moulding machines up to 150 ton capacity. Featuring two manually operated bayonet plates that are mounted on both sides of the moulding machine, these systems are very advantageous because they use the machine’s existing mounting patterns. Simple to use, locking rings on both sides of the mould (instead of the side-mounted center ring) easily dive into the bayonet plates and the mould can be locked in place securely by just moving the handle downward.
