Description:
Mould change car on rails with height
adjustment for 2 moulds each weighing max. 10 ton or 20000 lbs.
Max mould dimensions : wide 1330mm ( 52 3/8") x deep 1600 mm (63") Each roller
bed has powered rollers for a mould change to both sides of the car.Hydraulic
mould stops on each side Height adjustment of each roller bed from min 1029mm (
40,5") towards 1333 mm ( 52,5")
Total dimensions of the cart : length 5210mm ( 205") and width 2035 mm ( 80")
Runs on rails with center to center distance of 1422 mm ( 56") The mould change
car can travel with variable speed and has 2 cable reels on board , one for the
communication cable and one for the power supply cable.
Approx total weight of the cart is ± 6 on or 12.500 lbs.
Operation of the cart is by a remote controlbox

Description:
Two staging table which also can be
used as a single mould change table.
Each table can carry two mould , each weighing 10 ton or 20.000lbs behind each
other.
Each table is equipped with 2 individual powered rollers , at the end of the
roller bed is a mechanical or a hydraulic operated mould stop.
The width of the roller bed is 1470 mm or 58" and the total length of the table
is 3905mm ( 153,75") and the roller height is 1029mm( 40,5") Total weight of
each table is approx. 2,6 ton or 5200 lbs.

Mould storage system.
Four mould storage racks , each for 6
moulds. On top of the rack is place for 3 moulds each max. 10 ton and with a
max. witch of 1330 mm (52 3/8") and a depth of 2280 mm ( 90"). Underneath is pace for 3 moulds with a
max weight of 5 ton each ( 10.000lbs) with a clear height of 760 mm ( 30 ") each
drawer can be moved in and out by an electric driven spindle, which are
controlled by an remote control box.
Total length is 5055mm ( 199") and the depth is 2744 mm ( 1082)
